✦ PAYMENT & GENERAL INFO ✦
My works are not allowed to be used as NFTs, or used on the blockchain / blockchain technology, any / all of my works used on blockchain websites and services are infringements and will be reported. Likewise my works are not allowed to be changed or adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.
• Payment currency is in USD only;• I take payment through Paypal Invoices or Ko-fi;• Complex designs will be charged more;• For commissions taken through Discord or Twitter DMs, I will be requesting the full payment upon sketch approval.• I have the right to deny any commission for whatever reason I see fit;• You may not resell any artwork or design I have sold to you for more than what you bought it for, unless for example the design has added artwork;• You certify that I can post the commission and use it for self-advertisement;• You may post the commissioned art as long as the credit is given to me;• Commercial use is not allowed unless it’s previously agreed upon.;• Please inform me if you'd like your commission to remain private, or if you prefer to be anonymous;• Let me know if you need the commissioned art for a specific deadline. • Commissions require visual reference of the character. I will not work off of descriptions alone;• Please try your best to ensure the reference material is understandable and useable. Shading and pixelation interfere with my ability to colorpick or properly interpret markings;• Extra info on the character is always appreciated! Such as a brief backstory, toyhouse page, mood board, etc. So I can get a better understanding of who this character is;• Please DO NOT send NSFW/GORE references without warning;• Please let me know if you change your username/tag before I complete the commission! Also let me know if you'd prefer not to be tagged or named on the piece/post.

• Let me know if you need the commissioned art for a specific deadline. Or else, I’ll work on it on my regular schedule;• Estimated time of completion is usually given after sketch approval;• Do not rush me. Do not commission me if you're impatient. Always be sure to check my queue.;• I always aim to take less than a month to get the piece finished, which can be more or less depending on my queue;• Feel free to ask for any changes during the sketch phase;• Major changes (pose, expression, etc) are only allowed in the sketch phase.• Only minimal details can be changed after the sketch phase;• Major changes after sketch phase will be charged;• Base color changes can be done anytime.

• Refunds WILL NOT be distributed after the commission has passed the sketch phase;• I DO NOT distribute refunds on commissions;• I DO NOT distribute refunds on adopts;• Chargebacks will put you on my banlist.
